6^th International Symposium on Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Reinforcement for Concrete Structures, 8 – 10 July 2003, Singapore

1.                  Please check your allocated session for presentation from the Symposium Programme.  There may be some last minute changes.

2.                  Please arrive at the designated session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

3.                  Powerpoint  pre-view facilities are available in the Speakers’ Room.

4.                  Please prepare your Powerpoint presentation on a CD, and contact our student assistant in the Speakers’ Room for a trial run, and for the mounting of your Powerpoint file on the designated notebook computer at least two sessions in advance.  You may also send your Powerpoint file in advance to the Secretariat (frprcs6@nus.edu.sg) but before 4 July 2003 (Friday).

5.                  Please note that due to time constraint, you are asked not to use your notebook computer for presentation.

6.                  If you have not submitted the Speaker’s Biographical Sketch, please fill in one immediately and pass it to the Registration Desk.

7.                  The session schedule should be strictly followed.  Please note that each paper is allocated a total of twenty (20) minutes which includes approximately 15 minutes for oral presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
