It's probably best to read the online guide first, and then print out the attached .pdf document. After this, read the short collection of Singapore Poems. Note that you don't need to do the kind of analysis suggested in the online guide for each poem--if you did, you'd be working on the collection for the next month! Instead relax, enjoy the poetry. Then go back, make notes regarding places you didn't understand. Then, try to analyse one or two of the poems that most appeal to you using the guide.
