Do a stylistic analysis of the following poem (Arthur Yap’s Group Dynamics II ) in terms of some or all of the following features: nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs.

(1995-96 academic year)

In the Poem "Group Dynamics II" by Arthur Yap, the persona [1] does not identify herself but it is obvious through her usage of pronouns that she is part of the group. For example, she does not say "let's chase them [someone says]". Rather, she simply uses "let's chase them",[2] indicating that she is included in the pronoun "us". She also uses the third person in this poem as she identifies the people by name: "reginald", "winglo", "benny", "julie". This gives a sense of distance from the event as the persona herself does not indicate her involvement with the group. lexical item used in daily speeches of Singapore students.
