Sciences and Arts: Similarities and Differences

A scientific theory of banana chips illustrates the application of the modes of
scientific thinking in every day life. This is a real life story of a dining table conversation
that took place at the breakfast table, with Ammu (my daughter), Tara (my wife) and me.

Humanities and Sciences: Similarities and Differences attempts to identify
the differences between the so called "science" disciplines and the "humanities" disciplines
by separating (a) science as a spirit of inquiry, (b) science as a mode of inquiry, and
(c) science as the product of inquiry in certain domains.
