This website is work-in-progress and will be updated continually as the course progresses. I maintain this site primarily for external users who have no access to NUS-IVLE (although this feature is currently turned off).
Only links marked with * are updated to include the 2004 version of the lecture and practical notes. I try to post them a few days before the correpsonding lecture or practical so you have enough time to download and print them. I will send a class e-mail when they are ready! Please note that one version of the pdf files doesn't have background colour (to save ink when printing). I suggest you download the files from NUS when you have broadband access. Because they are pdf files any internal links to movies or webpages will not work.
For NUS students: The same pdf files, embedded video clips (of the corresponding ppt presentations) and practical handouts as well as live and archived lecture webcasts are available through IVLE (hence you may want to ignore this website).
No handouts will be distributed during lectures and practicals, hence it is your responsibility to download and print any material you want to bring along.
