Optional Fieldtrips outside Beijing

Four optional post-conference fieldtrips outside Beijing are available, which are organized by BTG International Travel & Tours. They are:

l Exploring the new economic space in the Yangtze River Delta (7 days from June 30 to July 6; RMB 4300 per pax for double occupancy and RMB 5900 per pax for single occupancy);

l Exploring the new economic space in the Pearl River Delta (5 days from June 30 to July 4; RMB 4000 per pax for double occupancy and RMB 4700 per pax for single occupancy);

l Exploring the Silk Road (10 days from June 30 to July 9; RMB 12600 per pax for double occupancy and RMB 14800 per pax for single occupancy)

l Tibet trip (11 days from June 30 to July 10; RMB 11300 per pax for double occupancy and RMB 13500 per pax for single occupancy).

Please refer to the Itinerary of these trips for details. The above price of each trip is estimated based on full price of air fares. There are good possibilities of discounted air fares in due time. The discount depends upon the number of people taking the same trip.

To confirm your trip booking, please pay deposit to the following account before May 30, 2007 for the trips of the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Silk Road and April 30, 2007 for the trip to Tibet (Tibet is becoming a worldwide hot tourism destination, and thus the travel agency needs to book hotel more earlier). Late payment of deposit may result in cancellation of your trip booking or much higher price if not being cancelled. Your deposit can be refunded before the travel agency’s payment for air and train tickets happens.
